Greg was fantastic in dealing with the purchase of our new Aygo and part ex on our old car, managed to arrange delivery earlier than originally quoted which was great. Did notice a small Chip and a scratch on the windscreen , spoke to Greg and he sent someone out to sort it out the next day. Couldn't be happier with the service.

My experience of Vision Motors has been straightforward and painless. I shopped online, spoke with the Manager by phone and email and took delivery in little over a week. Both Manager and delivery driver inspired confidence and conducted business with warmth and efficiency - even in the midst of this COVID-19 lockdown.

Very professional and friendly. Found a car I liked online, rang them and they arranged for it to have an MOT and for it to be delivered to my door. Excellent service when I contacted the dealer, and they kept me updated as to the progress of the MOT. Was able to take it out for a test drive before I decided to by it. Once I made up my mind, all it took was a simple bank transfer. The fan system didn't work, but a/c did. I mentioned this to them and they said they will get it fixed for me.

The Vision Motors team were as thourough as one could be from start to finish. Firstly we went to view the car on a Sunday afternoon. The very kind and cooperative sales person stayed 1 HOUR AFTER his working time to go through everything we wanted and to arrange the best possible deal for us! They agreed on part exchange even after I explained that my car has problems as they were positive they could sort them. We did have a few details that needed attention with the car and these were addressed in a timely manner. We got the car DELIVERED to our doorstep in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis with all necessary distancing and sanitation measures in place! (Talk about adapting business!!!) We drove the car for a couple of weeks but still had a few minor concers. Yet again the team (all brilliant professional) addressed our concerns. The car was picked up and a courtesy car arranged ! WOW! All in all a great service. I could not recommend them enough!
